By Land or By Sea is an installation for the Monkschirsche Museum in Salzwedel, Germany, 2016. Bradley Sumrall, Curator of the Collection of the Ogden Museum of Southern Art in New Orleans, LA, describes the work as "...an immersive experience, augmented by the very real tension of an abstracted raspberry bramble overhead. The drawings convey that inner world of desire and violence, life and death – both real and imagined – that hides within the tangled sanctuary of the thicket."
Catalogues are available on request, with essays by Bradley Sumrall and Dan Estabrook.
